  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full grooming fee.

  • If we arrive and no one is available to release your pet, it will be treated as a no-show and you may be charged the full appointment cost.

  • We allow a 15-minute grace period. If we cannot begin grooming within that time due to delays on the client’s side, the appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.

  • Same-day or urgent bookings (requested within 24 hours of service) are subject to an additional $20 urgent booking fee and are based on availability.

  • For safety, we reserve the right to refuse service if a pet is aggressive, overly anxious, or unmanageable. A handling fee ($15–$45) may be applied depending on the situation. If grooming cannot be completed, you will still be charged for the time and effort spent.

  • Yes. Dematting fees range from $15–$45+ depending on severity. In extreme cases, we may need to shave the coat for your pet’s comfort and safety. This will always be discussed with you before proceeding.

  • Yes, we provide flea baths for an additional $35 fee. This includes a flea shampoo soak and extra sanitation of our equipment.

  • We service NYC, Queens, Brooklyn, and select parts of Long Island & The Hamptons. A travel zone fee of $15–$60 may apply depending on your location.

  • If your dog relieves themselves during grooming or transport, a clean-up fee ($10–$25) may apply.

  • Yes, but on holidays we require 3 or more pets booked for service. Otherwise, we will reschedule to the next available day.

  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic payments (Zelle, Venmo, etc.). Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Most appointments last 1.5–3 hours, depending on breed, coat condition, and behavior. We’ll always let you know if extra time is needed.

  • Please notify us of any medical conditions before your appointment (seizures, arthritis, heart issues, etc.). We cannot be held liable for complications due to pre-existing conditions.

  • Yes — but extra patience and time may be required. Additional handling fees may apply. In some cases, we may only be able to provide a comfort groom for their safety.

  • Yes — for the health and safety of all pets, we require dogs to be up-to-date on rabies and core vaccinations. Proof may be requested.
